I stayed 2 nights at Alex’s place with a group of 7 and it was great! Plenty of room, beautiful views from the balcony. Everything was super clean. The only issue we ran into was the shower drain wasn’t working very well and we found the water would leak into the washroom on the other side of the wall. Besides that I have zero complaints about our stay. It’s a great location in the middle of the city, restaurants and bars are only about a 10 minute walk. Alex was a great host! Super quick to respond to our questions and always gave us very precise and helpful answers. Would definitely recommend staying if you find yourself in Vancouver!

Amazing location amazing view and amazing house what more could you ask for. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed the pool for her birthday party, would definitely book again

Jacob was amazing on all fronts; the place was exactly as described and the booklet was amazing to refer to in terms of having access to all of the needed info. He was always quick to respond and provided incredible service. Not to mention how central and immersive the location was if you enjoy city life!
I truly recommend him again and would not hesitate to book again

My family had a wonderful stay and this apartment was perfect. So close to amazing restaurants, walkable to many fun venues. Having a dedicated parking spot made our lives so much easier to explore the city. Alex was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this apartment.

I stayed with my family at Sook's house because I went to a concert at Rogers Arena. It was the perfect place, just across the street. The place was exactly as it looked in the photos. Sook shared all the information about check-in, rules, amenities, check-out, etc. The location is great, and we had a wonderful time there. 100% recommended.

Jacob was a great host, quick to respond which made checking in easy. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this place, very clean and very comfortable. The view is amazing. Convenient location, with great amenities.

If you’re looking for a really nice place in the perfect location this is the place for you! Roger’s Area is literally right next door. Great food options, everything is nearby you need. Sook was always super quick to respond with any questions. Place was clean pool in the building what else do you need. 5 stars!

Jacob's unit was the perfect location for our stay and with 3 bedroom's was a very reasonable price. Hi unit is very nice and met all of our needs. We only stayed one night and didn't cook in the unit but it seemed to have all the cooking and dishware required. Be prepared to bring in all of your condiments with the exception of salt and pepper (as stated in the list of amenities). Due to the cleaning schedule we could not get into the unit until 5pm but Jacob was super flexible and allowed us to park and bring our things up to the unit beforehand so we could visit a local pub for some drinks. We also had an earlier check out than I am used to but it worked well for us and our timing so we didn't have any concerns. Parking in this building can be very confusing but with the guest book directions and some added assistance from the front desk security we found the parking stall. Whatever information we needed, Jacob was always quick to answer and super friendly. Thank you Jacob

I’m very happy with this booking! The apartment is very conveniently located with one designated parking space as well. Walkable to downtown area, Chinatown, train station. Bonus - A big Asian supermarket and Costco are both just downstairs.
Alex is super responsive! He helped with car registration at 10pm on my check-in day. I also encountered issues with the key fobs for the garage. Again, Alex was responsive and helped resolve right away.
The amenities are also great. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and play room.
