Fantastic condo in the heart of downtown Vancouver—steps away from everything the city has to offer. The location couldn’t be better, and the property itself was comfortable and well maintained. Sook is a phenomenal host: responsive, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Highly recommended place. Very spacious which is perfect for our big group. Great view, clean and the kids enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and home theatre. The host was also very responsive. We’ll definitely come back!

Alex was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It also includes one parking spot in a secured underground parking garage. We had a second car that we parked nearby at Parq Casino for cheap and it felt really secure, just make sure you reserve ahead of time through Spot Hero. It’s also in a great location! So many places are within walking distance. There’s a Costco Wholesale, T&T Market, Liquor Market, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Roger arena is literally across the street too. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The house is in a great location and very spacious, which worked perfectly for our group. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a big plus, especially during the winter, and really made the stay more enjoyable. The home could benefit from a bit of remodeling and some updates, but overall it was a good place to stay and met our needs well.

This place is in a great location within walking distance to the sports stadiums, Gastown and other points of interest. It was clean, had a decent view, and offered all the modern amenities. Jacob was a very responsive host. Highly recommended.

Great stay and excellent communication from Sook! The apartment was lovely, though its proximity to the train station makes it a bit noisy. Note that check-in is a multi-step process: you have to park temporarily, retrieve the fob from the unit, and then return to the garage. The building is very secure, requiring fob access for almost every door. Pool was a great for kids too.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. From the very beginning, communication was clear, timely, and friendly, which made the entire experience stress-free. The host was extremely accommodating and always available to answer any questions we had. The space itself was spotless, well organized, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and it truly felt like a comfortable home away from home. You can tell a lot of care and effort goes into maintaining the place and ensuring guests feel welcomed.
