This suite was such a lovely place to stay—spacious, spotless, and impressively well-equipped, even with thoughtful touches like a hairdryer and plenty of towels. I appreciated the full-size fridge with a freezer and the small side room with a single bed; as someone sensitive to light, it was a perfect cozy spot for migraine-friendly naps. Both bedrooms were large with very comfortable queen beds and fresh, clean bedding—I had some of my best sleep in weeks. The view was absolutely spectacular—whether from the window or the small terrace, watching the sunset and seeing the sunlight reflect on the water was one of the highlights of my stay. The location is also very convenient: steps from the SkyTrain, with Asian groceries, restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The host was very responsive, friendly, and proactive. I’m from the area myself and felt comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a wonderful, well-equipped suite in a super accessible location. Highly recommended!

This unit is a great deal for its very close proximity to Gastown and the nearby sports venues. They send detailed instructions regarding the check in process including pictures on where the entrance is and where to park. The initial entry process is a little complicated, but this ensures a very safe place to stay. The garage is accessed via key fob so only those with a fob are able to get to where your car is parked. It’s worth noting that the single available spot is good for compact cars only. We had a full-size pick up that very clearly did not fit. Nonetheless the host compensated us for parking at another garage around the corner, and gave multiple alternative parking areas. I wouldn’t leave your car parked overnight on the street. The unit itself is spacious and clean. There is no noise from the neighbors. The elevator accommodated multiple ski/board bags. The hosts are very quick to respond and easy to talk to. Would very much stay again.

Traveling with family and had a great short stay at this high-rise condo in downtown Vancouver during our ski trip. The location was perfect, and the building felt very secure with a large space, easily accessible secure parking garage, which made everything stress-free. The condo itself was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. Checked in and checked out before driving back home. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish — clear guidance, smooth check-in, and easy access to the building at all times. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jason!

Our stay at 188 Keefer Place was absolutely wonderful! The location is a total winner—it’s literally a sneeze away from the Expo Line, which was perfect for us since we love traveling like locals. I absolutely loved being in the heart of the urban jungle. The view from the balcony is stunning, and while you can hear the train, it didn't bother me at all—it actually served as a nice bit of white noise. I also felt completely safe stepping outside the building by myself at any time of day. The unit did get quite hot, but it definitely wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Having T&T Supermarket just a few steps away was incredibly convenient. While the pool was down for maintenance, the hosts communicated this well in advance, and I really appreciated the transparency. A fantastic stay overall!

Very responsive host with a property in the heart of Vancouver. Every thing is within a walking distance or short uber driver away. We had a group celebrating a special occasion and the unit was a perfect match for our needs. Luvilla was always responsive with all questions and accommodated our requests. I would not hesitate to recommend this host for future inquiries and for anyone looking for a great experience in a wonderful location within the Vancouver area.

Todo en general fue muy comodo y la comunicación con el anfitrión bastante rápida y clara. Solo como punto de mejora diría que falta cambiar la cama de la habitación principal, es un tanto blanda y suena al moverse fuera de eso todo muy bien.

Wow, what an amazing property! This house really did have so much space for our group and yet was so quiet, which was just what we needed after a long flight. The location was great for us as it was only a 15 minute drive from the airport. The hot tub was a great added extra and we really enjoyed our stay.

The place is right in the heart of Vancouver. It’s beside none other than T&T Supermarket — a big deal for us since we don’t have one back in PG. Papatotti is just downstairs as well, and their coffee buns make the perfect breakfast treat. CF Pacific Centre and Costco are only a short walk away. The only thing that could be improved is the parking; adding clear labels on the fob buttons would make things much easier.
