The location is amazing!! Sky Train Expo line stop directly across the street as well as Roger’s Arena. Ton of stores and restaurants within a block or two. The 25m pool was put to great use. Maybe the most comfortable Airbnb bed we’ve ever slept in. Definitely top 3!! The key fob made getting in and out extremely easy too. Literally only one minor inconvenience to the entire stay and honestly, that inconvenience created much ease and convenience until the end. At check-in you have to buzz into the building, proceed up to the room, retrieve key fob, return to your vehicle and access the parking garage. Upon exit you reverse and end by returning key fob after you’ve removed your vehicle from garage. Well worth it in my experience. I mistakenly misunderstood the “guestbook” link Jacob sent as a note and review spot and not as the CLEAR and easy to follow guide provided by a professional and responsive host. Read that!! 😂 It’s all VERY easy after that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location was perfect — just a short walk to Rogers Arena, which was super convenient for catching ice hockey games. There were also plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, all within easy walking distance, which made exploring the area really enjoyable.
The host offered an early check-in option at a reasonable price, which was much appreciated after our travel. The parking area felt secure and well-lit, giving us peace of mind about leaving the car overnight.
Overall, a clean, comfortable place in a great location — we’d definitely stay here again!

We were a family that had plans to catch a Whitecaps game for our son's 13th birthday. The location was awesome, Costco downstairs, Chinatown station downstairs, such easy access to downtown. It made our lives easy!
We would definitely recommend Jacobs condo. It was beautiful and he was a great host! Thanks so much Jacob!!! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Vancouver!
