Great location a few minutes walk from Gastown. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for us two. Some of the furnishings were a little worn, but it wasn't a big deal at all. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony. Communication with Alex was excellent. We got several updates and reminders before check-in, which were helpful. Though the instructions to get in the building and parking seemed complicated at first, they were clear and we didn't have any issues.

It was first time for us to visit Vancouver and this stay was fantastic! Great location and Alex was very responsive host.
Well maintained and enough space for 4 guests. And we loved city view from balcony.
Garbage disposal doesn't work, but it was not big problem since we just stay 3 nights, grocery market is just at next building, everything was so much convenient for us to stay

Perfect location for attending events at Roger’s. Instructions for access were great and clear. We love the bakery across the street and there are lots of food options close by.

Almost everything is perfect, except the room is a little hot in summer, especially in the check-in day, when we do not open the AC. It becomes better after turning on the AC and fans in each room. The Overall experience is very good. Many thanks to Alex.
